Budget room was welcoming, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The marvellous location was not very far from Exchange Mall.

Room was clean, while the building condition was very concerning.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay in York. The room featured cleanliness and surprising quietness, allowing for restful nights. Helpful reception staff, complemented by proximity to food outlets. The toilets could use some attention.

Room was carpeted and clean, despite being a budget single. Shared bathroom could use some attention, but the stay was quiet, nice for a solid night's sleep. Helpful staff made everything smoother, and being near food outlets was a nice bonus.

Not great at all

This place was kinda rough. The rooms were super messy and way past due for a clean. Staff were nice though, really helpful when I needed a late checkout. The breakfast was decent, and I enjoyed the toast! Parking was a hassle and hard to find space. Didn't feel safe at night due to the crowd around.

Sketchy Stay, but Surprising Moments

Although the surroundings felt unsafe, friendly staff kindled a spark of comfort . I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the on-site café, but exercise caution when exploring the area. Consider visiting during daylight hours for a safer experience.

great central base for city strolls and parks

I appreciated staying in this hotel because it was just a few steps from the Redbridge Museum & Heritage Centre and almost 2 km from South Park, making my weekend city strolls genuinely enjoyable while soaking in the local culture and greenery, with the added benefit of helpful front desk staff .

The room was clean, and surprisingly quiet, nice for a good night's sleep. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Being close to some food outlets was a bonus, too.

100% recommend

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy common area where I kicked back with a book and the coffee station that kept me fueled. There are some nice options for relaxing, like the small garden and a comfy lounge. Just a heads up, the paint in the room could use some refreshing, but it didn’t take away from my great experience. 😊

Cheap budget accommodation, surprisingly quiet for a budget spot. Clean enough room helped score some decent sleep in a town not known for peace.

The toilets left a lot to be desired, lacking the basics like toilet paper and somehow not flushing properly. A fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt to brighten the place up a bit. Felt a tad drab overall. Not everyone's favorite with some of the habitual clientele lingering about.

Try to request a room away from the street for a quieter experience during your stay.

The location of this place is fantastic being close to the train station and the staff were amazing and always willing to assist with any requests.

The rooms are clean and come with shower facilities, and the staff is efficient; the location is just a 15-minute drive from the airport.
